Check-in starts from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 nn. 

Early check-in is possible subject to room availability, with a fee of P100 per hour. 

Late check-out can be accommodated based on availability for a fee of P100 per hour. 

We offer free parking outside the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorcycles can park for free nearby. Overnight car parking is available for 300 pesos. 

Free WiFi with speeds up to 50 Mbps is available. The WiFi details are provided beside the television upon your arrival. 

Each room includes two towels, soap, tissue, up to 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hot shower, Smart/HD TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. If you need anything specific, please let us know. 

Only one guest is allowed to stay overnight. A visitor who will not be staying overnight is free of charge. If you need to accommodate an additional overnight guest, there is a fee of P200. If you require an extra mattress during your stay, there is a fee of 200 pesos. 

• Cooking is not allowed inside the building; however, an electric kettle and microwave are provided for your convenience.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed.

Upon arriving at the lobby, you will need to contact the host. You will then present your valid ID to our staff member who will be there to assist you. Your room number will be given, and you can proceed to your room on the specified floor.
